Students who have been hankering for some Indian food can put their cravings to rest.
Bayleaf Indian Bistro is still planning to have a food truck open in Gambier. The Collegian reported in April that the Mount Vernon restaurant would have a truck up and running by August.
“It’s still under planning and we hope to be there soon,” said owner Rick Kapil, who estimates it may be about a month until the food truck opens.
Kapil plans on offering a selection of vegetarian meals, non-vegetarian dishes and snack food.
Prices will range from $3 to $6.
